Life Safety Engineer
5+ years in fire and life safety engineering for high-rise envelopes. Knowledge of NBC, fire-stopping, compartmentation and non-combustible facade assemblies.
BIM Coordinator
4+ years coordinating facade BIM models across architects, structure and MEP. Strong in Revit, Navisworks clash detection and BIM 360 / ACC workflows.
Senior BIM Modeller
6+ years modelling unitised, stick and rainscreen systems in Revit. Experience building LOD 350–400 facade families and coordinated shop-level models.
3D Designer
3+ years in 3D facade modelling and visualisation. Proficiency in Rhino, 3ds Max and SketchUp to develop complex geometries, design options and photorealistic renders.
Senior Designer
7+ years in facade design across concept, schematic and design development. Ability to lead elevation studies, system selection and detail development for landmark projects.
Designer
2+ years in architectural or facade design. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp, with an eye for detail, proportion and buildable geometry.
Senior Draftsperson
6+ years drafting facade sections, plans and connection details. Expert in AutoCAD and Revit documentation for tender and construction drawing sets.
Draftsperson
2+ years producing clean, accurate 2D drawings in AutoCAD. Familiarity with curtain wall, glazing and cladding details is a strong advantage.
Project Manager
8+ years managing facade consultancy projects from design through construction administration. Experience with client coordination, submittal reviews and site observation.
Project Coordinator
3+ years coordinating design deliverables, schedules and client correspondence. Organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple live projects.
Procurement Lead
7+ years in facade or construction procurement. Experience with tender packaging, bid comparison, vendor evaluation and post-bid descoping.
Senior Estimator
6+ years estimating facade systems including unitised curtain wall, glazing and cladding. Skilled in quantity take-offs, unit-rate analysis and cost planning by wall type.
Lead Specification Writer
8+ years writing facade performance specifications in CSI format. Deep knowledge of materials, testing standards and international codes.
Project Engineer
4+ years in facade engineering or site execution. Experience with shop drawing reviews, anchorage checks, mock-ups and field quality audits.
HR Associate
3+ years in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement. Comfortable supporting a growing, multi-studio team across India and abroad.
Senior Accountant
6+ years in accounting, GST, TDS and statutory compliance. Experience with project-based billing, reconciliations and month-end close.
